1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using FixedFloat ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app.

2. Licence

FixedFloat is provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial use on Apple devices that you own or control. You may not redistribute, resell, decompile, reverse-engineer, or attempt to derive the source code of the app, except where local law expressly permits this.

3. Your content

You retain full ownership of any data you enter into FixedFloat. Because the data lives only on your device, you are responsible for its backup and integrity. We strongly recommend periodically exporting via Settings → Export as CSV.

4. Availability

We strive to keep the app stable and functional, but we provide it on an "as is" basis without any warranty, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation of any optional network feature.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FixedFloat and its authors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or revenues, arising from your use of the app.

6. Changes to the terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. Material changes will be noted in the next update's release notes. Continued use of the app after a revision means you accept the updated terms.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the publisher is established. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the app shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
